Online sessions
Some of our programs include online sessions which may be recorded. If you’d rather not have your image recorded, you may choose to switch off your camera.

Sharing personal data
We use external service providers to support the efficient running of our business. For example, we may use video conferencing platforms such as Zoom for group-based sessions and/or a specialist payment provider to handle payments and refunds. We have appropriate contractual arrangements in place to cover these relationships. We never share personal information with any other organizations for them to use for their own marketing.
If your participation in a program is funded by a third party (e.g. your employer) we may provide limited information to that party on your attendance, progress and performance on the program—for example, if you fail to start or complete the program.

Retention periods depend on whether there’s a legal obligation to keep information for a minimum period.
